By offering around 42.500 m2 quality office space and different flexible rental plans and packages, we make sure that everyone, from the more established corporate businesses, to smallest one-person start-ups can find what they’re looking for in an office space.

For small and medium-sized enterprises and corporates we offer fully-furnished, custom-made office spaces, starting at 200 m2 up to 10.000 m2 in one of our towers. Of course, you can bring in your own custom-made furniture if you prefer.

Corporate businesses can also opt for a yearly contract in a Business Suite, offering a 75+ m2 fully-furnished office space.

Smaller businesses and start-ups can opt for a single desk in the Business Center, rented monthly for those on the go, or a medium-size 25+ m2 Business Room.

All our business members have access to a personal postal mailbox, underground parking, servicedesk, and other WTC services and facilities, such as membership of the International Business Club and discounts on our own meeting rooms.
